PBA Ottawa Titans (Philippine Basketball Association of Ottawa) was founded in the early 1980s by a group of basketball-loving Filipinos who wanted to bring people together through the game they loved.
For more than four decades, the organization has been part of the Ottawa basketball community.
Our roots are grounded in community, family, and a love of basketball. Today, the Titans continue that tradition by providing youth ages 9–16 with a positive and development-focused basketball environment.
To develop young athletes through basketball by building strong fundamentals, confidence, discipline, teamwork, and life skills that extend beyond the court.
We believe basketball is a tool to shape character, not just competition.
